Rates, Reservations, and Policies - The Humberview Bed and Breakfast in Newfoundland, Canada

Policy Statement

Our rates begin at $109.00 in season including a full breakfast. Off season rates apply from November through May 14th. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Click here for currency converter.

Reservations are required to stay at the Humberview. In order to ensure availability for your specific room, please call or email well in advance of your desired date of stay.

Cancellations
A Visa, MasterCard, or American Express account number is required in order to reserve a room. A $25.00 deposit will confirm your reservation. Due to the unique nature of the Humberview, we regret cancellations within 5 days of your scheduled arrival will require payment in full for the first night of the booking. This cancellation policy is extended for holidays and large groups and is otherwise subject to change without notice. Extraordinary circumstances may apply.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in time at the Humberview Bed and Breakfast is 3:00 PM. Check-out time on your day of departure is 11:00 AM. If you would like to enjoy the grounds after checkout time, we would be happy to store your luggage.

Minimum Stay
Most of the year we accept single-night reservations; however, we do require a minimum two-night stay on 3-day holiday weekends and all weekend bookings of 3 or more rooms (e.g. either Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday).

Smoking
The Humberview is a non-smoking establishment. We do however have a deck area outside to accommodate our smoking guests.

Extra Guests
Only The Grand Suite, The Aurora Room, The Belle Room and The Imperial (2 additional) are large enough for an extra guest. There is an extra charge of $10 per night per guest.

Parking
Private parking is available to all guests at no additional charge.

Pets
Regretably, no pets are allowed.

Key Replacement
There is a $20 charge if keys are not returned.

Left Items
Please check your room before you depart to make sure you take all your belongings. We are not responsible for items that you leave behind. If you forget something important and notify us, and we can find the item, we will have it sent to you for the cost of shipping.
